Gruxteeco offers an online marketplace where users can create and sell custom T-shirts and other merchandise.

We strictly forbid the creation or sale of any products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and related protections.

If you believe your intellectual property has been violated on Gruxteeco, please follow the steps outlined below.

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

  1. Once a valid notice is received, Gruxteeco will, in good faith, remove or block access to any content (“Content”) suspected of infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
  2. Users who repeatedly violate these rules will have their accounts terminated. If you believe Content on our platform infringes your rights, please submit a notice of infringement containing:
    • Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property allegedly infringed, with registration numbers if available.
    • Details of the infringing Content, including:
      (a) An explanation of how it infringes your rights.
      (b) The exact location of the infringing material on Gruxteeco so it can be verified.
    • Your full contact details (name, address, phone, and email).
    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their representative, or the law.
    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
    • Your electronic or physical signature.

B. Action After Receiving a Valid Notice

  • Lovinteeco will remove or disable access to the reported Content.
  • The affected user will be informed of the action.
  • Repeat offenders will have their infringing Content removed and their accounts permanently terminated.

C. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe the removed or disabled Content does not infringe, or you have the right to use it, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent including:

  • Identification of the Content removed or blocked, with details of its original location on Gruxteeco.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the Content was removed due to an error or misidentification.
  • Your full contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court where your address is located, or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where Gruxteeco is based.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

If a counter-notice is received, Gruxteeco may notify the original complainant and, unless they file a court action, the removed Content may be restored within 10–14 business days or later, at Gruxteeco’s discretion.

Important Notice: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false infringement claim may be held liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
