Returns & Refunds Policy
If you’re unhappy with your order, you can return it easily. Please send the item back to 625 Laurel Ave, Arvin, CA 93203, USA, in its original packaging and condition.
How Returns Work
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
For all other returns, you have 10 days to send the item back, but you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.
Please note: personalized, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
For manufactured items, refunds are limited to 70% of the order value.
Exchanges & Gift Returns
We’ll replace defective or damaged products. Contact us at contact.gruxteeco@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit or a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Refund Delays
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If your refund seems delayed, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us for assistance.
