Standard Shipping
– All of our products are proudly made in the USA and shipped Monday through Saturday.
– Please note that some items may arrive in separate packages.

Processing & Production Times

– Standard apparel: usually ships within 3–5 business days.
– Embroidery, sublimation, and custom-made products: typically take 5–10 business days to produce.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within the United States

Standard: 6–12 business days

Expedited: 4–8 business days

International Orders

Standard: 14–20 business days

Expedited: 7–15 business days

Additional Shipping Details

Order Tracking
When available, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor your shipment online.

Multiple Orders
Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined into a single shipment.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We are unable to split a single order across multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Changing Your Shipping Address
Address changes must be made within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot make modifications. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us promptly at contact.gruxteeco@gmail.com.

Customs, Duties, and Delays
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may also be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are outside of our control. For more details, please check with your local customs office.
